I woke up to an email from AKL-IPO. They got us all our ADRs for the December trip. Is anyone surprised about this?

Here is what we are planning:

December 22 (we arrive about 9:00 a.m.)

• 'Ohana @ 5:00 with Tammi and her kids

December 23

• Kouzzina @ 10:00 for breakfast

• Flying Fish @ 7:00 for dinner

December 24

• Rose & Crown @ 7:10 for dinner

December 25

• Boma @ 10:00 for breakfast

• Jiko @ 7:05 for dinner

December 26 (we depart about 9:00 p.m.)

• Sunrise Safari @ 7:00 with breakfast at Pizzafari

I think we are pretty much set for that trip now too!

I actually have the house open and the whole house fan on this morning. It is not to be as bad as yesterday, thank goodness. The AC will be needed very soon, I am sure, but for now the fresh air and birdsongs are delightful.

Elin - I was surprised at how readily available dining reservations were over Christmas. I have friends going for their honeymoon and made their ADR's for them - got them everything they wanted (except the Candlelight Dinner Processional on Christmas Eve - since it's not out yet).

Debbie - I hope your strength continues to improve!

Back to work for me today. I was slightly productive in my shopping yesterday. I got myself a few new tops with accessories, 2 pr of shoes and a little sweater. I picked up a few shirts for Nicholas and an pr of flipflops for Alyssa. I still need to find her a little shrug, but I think that might be difficult this late in the season. I found 2 dresses for me that I liked (only need to buy one). Now I just have to find the store that has them in my size.

I think I might be turning my children into vacation snobs. Last night Alyssa asked me if we could go to Hawaii.

I'm sitting here reading FB status updates and a friends reminded me that Terra and I are going to GS camp on Sunday! I had totally slipped that it was coming up already. Glad it's only for one night. I know I have the stuff necessary for that. Now to just find the paperwork!

I know I just had introductions. but prayers if you will.. please.

My dog sweet pea.. well she is a pekingese well her eye just popped out about 2 hours ago.. we are home from the vet that did emergency surgery.. we find out tomorrow if she still has sight in her eye..

Oh, Lenore! Of course you have my prayers, pixie dust, and good thoughts! Our fur babies are important to us! I'm so sorry!!!

Good morning all!

I just want to let you know that I've been posting vacation pics on Facebook. There are currently 6 albums, I think. I've still got 2 more to do. Hop on over and check them out, if you want to.

Things here are going well. I got my crowns put on, and my mouth is slowly healing. It was quite an ordeal to get them on. I'll spare you the details, but it was horrible!!! Anyway, I now have the smile I always wanted, and I'm a happy camper!!!

Theresa - Any news on the job front???

My last baby bird is about to leave the nest. For good.

Kristin found an apartment today that is just perfect for her and Ashley. I am delighted for them on one hand, and on the other I am so sad that she won't be here. I know it is time and will have no problem with it in the long run. But it sure is going to be different around here!

Very true. And her sister can't be gotten to, anymore, with less than a 10 hour drive. Even by plane it is a 2-hour flight, with travel to and from both airports at about an hour. Not easy!

We're planning a Hawaii trip in 2012. Of course we'll try out the new Disney resort.

Glynis Whoo Hoo on the new smile. someday I hope to get one of my front teeth repaired. It has a really dark coloring. I'm very jealous.

Elin - Congrats to Kristin on her new place! I'm glad she's close at least, though I'm sure it will be an adjustment.

It's been a quiet day around here. Kristi's kids went to a friend's house today so weren't here. Then, the baby left fairly early as her mom got home early. Terra didn't want to go anywhere so I went to the bookstore for a little while on my own and ended up timing it right to get to have lunch with Phil so that was very nice. Stopped off at Target on the way home and lucked into a maternity swimsuit top on clearance for 5.74. I'd been trying to avoid needing an actual suit, but now am up to 3 things where I would have to have a suit in order to participate with Terra. For that price, I don't mind!

We're off to The Muny in a little bit. Just trying to figure out what we're getting for dinner on the way. Guess I need to go find the water bottles as well as it's wicked hot out there, even though it is much better than it has been by at least 10 degrees and 20% less humidity.

We're sitting outside the camper. Campers are packed in like sardines. There must be tens of thousands of people camping

Had an OB appt. this morning saw the munchkins. I have lost one lb in the past 2 weeks despite eating pretty much every 2 hrs while I am awake. Guess less is staying down then I thought.

We saw Toy Story 3 today, I really liked it.

wow lots of names though none strike my fancy. Plus a few are family names already.

I am sitting here watching old time TV. Just watched Alfred Hitchcock and now I am watching Night Gallery. The episode was called "Make Me Laugh" This was from season one in 1970 and Stephen Spielberg directed this one. It was his directorial debut.

Wow 40 years ago!!!
