I have the best husband in the whole world

We were in the jewerly store last weekend dropping off one of my rings that needs a new shank. I pointed out a necklace that I thought would look great with my cruisewear. It was pricey so I never thought another thing about it. We were in there yesterday checking on the ring and I noticed that it was gone. I never thought that he had bought it. This morning he gave me a professionally wrapped box and inside was the necklace. The took my breath away and many tears were shed. Did I mention that I love this man Eat your hearts out ladies

So we are now fully booked for California! I got a hotel right by Orange County airport so it will be easy for Phil to get to the hotel when he flies in and we won't have to leave DL. Plus, it was only $12 more a night than the other area hotels and offers a free made to order breakfast every morning- waffles, pancakes, oatmeal bar, omelets. As my sister pointed out, we couldn't go to McDonald's for that price. I was also able to get the car rental down to $158 (from 275 and then 215) through Priceline. Add to that Phil's mom sending us enough for the hotel as well as the plane tickets she had said she'd pay for and we are set! Woohoo!!!

Terra's so excited. Okay, who am I kidding. I am too!!! Just have to make it through the week and I get my Disney fix.

I asked Chuck not to get me a card or anything else for Valentines. We have our trip in 10 days and I'd rather spend the money on that. We have spent the day together. We made (well, mostly he did) Italian Sausage Soup. I made Creamy Wild Rice Soup yesterday. Yummy! Becky's boyfriend came over and made homemade Spaghetti for her (& lots of extra for us). It's been a nice day.

DDA pixie dust is needed! One of my favorite uncles is in the hospital. He has cancer of the esophagus. He was scheduled to start chemo & radiation but other complications have delayed that.

This is the only man in the world that can give me hugs like my dad! Becky always called him "My Bob" when she was little. We never understood her fascination with him but he has always been very special to all of us. She used to tease back & forth with my Aunt Linda about it. When my dad died, he became even more special to all of us.

Please keep him in your prayers. He has been a heavy smoker so I have a feeling that it has finally caught up with him. His loss will hit all of us hard.

I absolutely love this product. And I look good too!

It is expensive initially, but it really does last forever. I'm still using the same containers that I initially bought and it's been nearly 2 years I love how you don't feel like you're wearing makeup.

You really don't feel it at all. And I love how I look. Polished. Not made up one bit. And so smooth. I used the Primer. Just one pump and it does your whole face. Love it.!!!
