I quit playing games on Facebook about a month ago. I also had problems with hackers. I'm being very careful what I do on there. I've deleted all the applications except for the basics that come with it.

I am hardly ever on FB. I just don't have the time.

Good morning.

I got the text at 5AM that school was canceled. I shut off my alarm and went back to sleep. Maybe, just maybe, we will have school tomorrow, but at the very least it will be delayed. Then we are supposed to get another doozy of a snowfall this weekend. I'm guessing they won't get back to school until at least Wednesday next week.

i got my 90 minute delay today..but since i was up, i got all the cleaning and laundry done so i dont have to worry about anything tonight
Were also supposed to get a snowstorm saturday...we'll see how much we get! So far, no snow days this year!

Good morning, DDA! We didn't get much snow last night, but for some reason it was enough for a one-hour delay here. That is an answered prayer, since Laura was up until after 11:00 pm doing homework and was supposed to have early gym today.

We were told last night that today was going to be 2 hours delayed. I could not fall alseep until 2:30am..woke up at 4:30 & stayed up til almost 7..I fell into a nice comfy sleep & at 7:30am my alarm went off. Felt like someone hit my over the head when I woke up. At least they have school. Now their snow make up days are taken from Easter break...sorry I can't ask the Wonder to dock earlier so I guess they are going to miss them!

I am glad Ping was taken off. What was with that dress with the models backside sticking out?? I was surprised she wasn't taken out last week.

I have to double check with Kristin... but I think this is the "Jack" that she went to college with. I don't know if she has been watching Project Runway this season or not!

ETA: Not the same Jack. She thinks Tony is still doing the Pirate Tutorial at WDW.

It snowed a little here last night, but I am going in to teach in a few minutes. I figure I can easily get out of my driveway and then to a maon road. A snowplow and sand truck went up our street a few minutes ago but, once again, the blade was up and they weren't spreading any sand. Some of my students live in our subdivision and we were discussing this is class this week. What are they doing?!?!?

I know! That was crazy! What I hated was that she always seemed to use the language thing as the reason her designs were so bad. It seemed insincere to me. And the crying was getting on my nerves, too!

Ping should have gone last week yes I agree. What was with her and the draping of all the material?? And Tim specifically told her about the length of the dress and she still made it too short!!

We had an inch of snow maybe, and they delayed 2 hours.

I was trying to determine if I needed to go to the trouble of getting recommendation letters from DS's teachers. NOWHERE does it say he needs them, or that they can be included with his application or whatever. His friends are doing that so he is freaking out. The PR Director at the Arts magnet says they do not accept letters of recommendation, so that solved my dilemma!

I'm here. I've been watching my neighbor's little girl for the last 3 hours. She's really cute, and a total princess. We watched "Snow White", "Cinderella", and part of "Little Mermaid". It was kind of fun. She danced around for me, and told me what was going on in the movies, in case I didn't understand the story. Too cute! I'm not sure what Timothy thought about her, though. She was playing with his toys, and not wanting to share, and that bothered him quite a bit. At least they danced cute together.

Now, I'm hunkering down with my studying until it's time for parent/teacher conferences.

I was looking through some older pictures on photobucket. I knew we had seen that guy from project runway more than once...He is the Capt Jack that did the tutorial when Sophie was chosen to participate. She's in yellow. He must have done this for awhile, my 1st picture of him is in 2007 & this one is from summer 2008.

I really need to print out some of the pictures & put them in albums.
