It is going to be a very nice weekend with the temps in the upper 60's with lots of sunshine After work we will cook out while we still can!

If you have been a long time customer you should be able to renew early....you may have to be insistent and ask for customer retention...but still should be able to do it.

Wow...beautiful weekend. This is so refreshing after all the rain we have had in the past month or so.

Alex has a football game at 3pm.....2nd round of playoffs. This one is going to be stuff but if everyone "shows up" mentally and physically I know we can win this one.

After that we have family coming over for a cookout. We are grilling hot dogs for the kids and brats for the adults. I like buying the fresh french bread in the bakery that hasn't been cooked yet. Slice that open while it is hot and put a brat in there with sauteed peppers and onions.....yum. I am already looking forward to this meal.

The new commercial looks cool

One of Chris' coworkers told me about a deal that his sister got for WDW. They stayed at POR and the comeback deal was for POR (I don't remember the rate) or for AKL for $89/night including park tickets and DDP. Of course they left a deposit and booked their next trip. Suddenly DVC doesn't look so good

Just checking in from AKL, I have to say that so far I love it. We ended up with a Savannah view, the staff at check in was the best I've ever dealt with.

Our drive this morning was uneventful, plenty of sunshine and no rain. I think Richie enjoyed me being on pain pills, I was much more releaxed and didn't fuss near as much.

We made a quick trip over to DHS while we were eaiting for the room to be available and it was empty, we had dinner at LeCellier tonight and Epcot was a MAD HOUSE, it's the last weekend of F&W so I guess everyone decided to go there.

Tomorrow we have the KTTK tour

This is a word of warning for "A Christmas Carol." We found it to be wonderful, but very dark and SCARY. It followed Dickens' book very closely and Jim Carey was terrific in it. I am glad we saw it in IMAX 3-D. It was quite an experience. But, be forewarned.

Heidi, the weather today was great, shorts during the day with maybe a light jacket at night. Hope it stays this way all week.

The 8th grade Spaghetti supper was tonight. I think we raised about $2000 between suppers and raffle tickets. The kids were the waitstaff and the bussers. I oversaw the dining room and the rest of the parents worked the kitchen. It pretty much felt like any other Saturday night for me I'm pretty sure none of the other parents will ever trade occupations with me now The were all exhausted by the end of the night. Heck Nick came home and went straight to bed.

Just stopping in to say hello. I shopped like crazy today and got all but 3 presents done/wrapped...i just went out with my cousin for an hour and now im home and relaxing...bigggg football games to watch tomorrow!
