Becky, Tell your mom she will be okay parasailing. They will not dip you in the water unless you want them to. Just the toes or up to the knees. Stephanie and I loved it.

Selbach-Oster Reisling Kabinett 2007

We live practically behind a liquor store, so I just need to pop in and see if they have it. If not, there is a wine specialty shop that probably carries it.

EDIT: Or not. The wine shop is out of business.
I found it online for $19 per bottle, but it is $11 to ship! I think not. I will keep looking!

If you have trouble finding it, let me know. I can look around here and send it to you!

Thanks! My boss wants to try it, too, so I can probably split the cost with her if we buy multiple bottles.

Try Pogo's on Lover's, if you haven't already. They've always had a great selection, and I bet they could order it if they don't have it in stock.

Hi, DDA! Happy start-of-college-football-season to you! :thumbsup2

We're still hanging around here, amazingly enough. Our c-section is scheduled for 9/15, unless my OB decides next week that she wants to take us a bit earlier. I'm 1 cm dilated at this point, and they did a biophysical profile yesterday to make sure things were still going okay. They are, but as we're still definitely breech and no one really wants me to go into labor on my own, the decision could be made when we go back on Tuesday to move the c-section up. We'll see - I've been having some pretty significant episodes of contractions this week, so one way or another, it's just a matter of time.

Other than that, I've just been reading along and waiting. There's not much else to report in my life right now, as my life consists of the four walls of my house and my OB's office. I'm very much looking forward to being able to join the land of the living again soon!

Thanks also for all the birthday wishes, e-mails, and cards. You guys are awesome. :goodvibes

Thanks for checkin in Lindsay! :teeth: From the sounds of it, you're gonna deliver before me!
I guess I better check in too - I'm only 1 cm, 60% effaced and still at a -2 so I have a while. Next appointment is Wednesday.

Today I'm finishing up laundry. Tomorrow is church and will be headed to the Geauga County Fair - I've been dying for some fried swiss cheese on a stick  and I'm sure all the walking we are going to be doing will help too.

It's a race to the finish - whoever makes it first gets to have the first adult beverage! :thumbsup2

Enjoy the fair! I'm so sad that I'm very likely not going to be able to make it down to ours this year. :sad2: It seems to end earlier than I remember it in the past! Of course, I'm probably doing my heart good by not indulging in the deep fried buttter (I kid you not - we'll fry anything in Texas: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/32665106/ns/today-today_food_and_wine/?gt1=43001 )

Are you trying to curse yourself?!! :rotfl:

I was "only" 1 cm dialated with Alyssa and I was all set to have an enjoyable spring break, complete with the works at my local salon. Yeah, my water broke in the yearbook room, an hour after the students left for spring break! Alyssa made her debut a week early. :goodvibes

Lindsay, he'll be here before you know it, and the "joys" of pregnancy will all be a distant memory. I know it hasn't been easy for you.

Hope everyone's weekend is off to a good start!

What is this football so many of you talk about? :confused3 :rotfl:

does any one know of a good or place to rent RV's or pop hampers from. I have a friend who is thinking of renting one for WDW.

Hello Claire, where will you be staying in 86 days?

 It will be our very first stay in Kidani Village - we're v excited! Then we have a few days over at OKW too :)

Good morning, I posted on facebook but I also wanted to post here...

Katie was running the mile outside during PE & fell. She hit her head on the concrete & scraped her leg up pretty bad. She says shes feels better today but still has headache. They gave her a CT scan yesterday & dr said she had concussion & thankfully nothing more.

In the hospital there was a incident where an adolesent male had to be restrained by 4 armed guards in the hallway which freaked us out...

Thank you for your well wishes. :goodvibes

Glad she's feeling a bit better today poor love.

Oooh - how exciting! Delivery day will be here before you know it :)

Hi Chanon - mm fried cheese on a stick sounds yummy - can you have one for me too please :)

I was thinking of Sigel's in Oak Lawn but they don't have it on their website. And Tony's Wine Warehouse seems to have bitten the dust. I will try Pogo's and Perry's, then I will have to get more creative.

Glad you are still hanging in there. Momboss went yesterday and they said Baby still appears to be staying where she is. Which is good, because Dadboss is out of town this weekend! :scared1: Hopefully she will make it to her scheduled c-section on the 24th or we will all be scrambling! I didn't realize Princess was 4 weeks early, so that makes me kind of nervous for this one!

Chanon, enjoy the fair! :goodvibes

Claire, yay for Kidani! We are booked in a value 1 bedroom at Jambo for next year since I couldn't get concierge. Not sure what I will do if we have to switch our dates. We might end up doing a split between Kidani and Jambo depending on what's available.

Hi Lindsay, My oldest son was in full breech. Back then, once a c-section, always a c-section. I really tried to fight it, but did not win that fight. I was happy when the next two decided to come on their own instead of waiting for the scheduled date. :goodvibes

Cannot wait to hear the good news!!!

Lindsay, the nice man at Pogo's is going to look for my wine. :) I have a feeling I am not going to find it in stock locally, but he is familiar with that brand and said he can probably find it for me. He is going to call some wholesalers for pricing and get back to me. It looks like it retails for about $20 - $24 per bottle, so paying $11 to have a bottle shipped is ridiculous!
