Did you know you can custom make your own ears? I didn't know and they have been doing it at least since March last year. I will be getting a pair in Nov.

Good morning, DDA!

As always, it's crazy around here. Alyssa & Brenden have been here since Thursday night and will go home sometime tomorrow night. Things with my sister aren't good at all. And it will get ugly before it gets better which I don't think will be anytime soon. It's so bad that I am hoping Eric & I will be able to get custody of the kids sooner, rather than later. But we need to have all our ducks in a row. So if you all have any good thoughts to spare I'd appreciate it.

Last night Eric & I went on a date. We had a nice dinner together and then saw Harry Potter. I had already seen it but was so tired the night I did I was up for it again. It just sucked that the theater had the movie in one of the smaller rooms so we were packed like sardines! It felt good to get away from the house for a bit.

Robyn - I hope everything works out for the kids and soon.

Hi! We went to see G-Force 3D today. I didn't care for it at all but the kids liked it. As a matter of fact, I got a bit of a nap in during the movie.

Deb - I hope you are feeling better.

Robyn - You really have a lot on your plate. I didn't know there were problems with your sister. I hope for the kids' sake that things get better. Thank goodness they have you and Eric in their lives.

A week from today we will be in Florida!!! Since Elizabeth isn't around, maybe I can get away with telling you all that I'm not packed. And I don't even have my spare bed to start laying things out on. With my work schedule this week, Bob will be sleeping here to help me get the kids off in the morning. I need to leave by 6, and that is just too early to get them up, so he stays and drops them at daycare later. So packing is just going to have to wait until Friday. Plus football practice starts this week....Mon, Tues, and Thurs, 6-8. We are going to be TIRED!

Anne Marie - I am glad you all are having a good time! We went once at the end of July as a family, once for July 4th and I took Kristin twice during her birthday (today she is 23!!) and I was surprised that I could handle the heat and humdity. The crowds (other than those for July 4th) were manageable too. I am glad you are enjoying your time there.

Tammy - I agree with your UGH, it's Monday. I have to go back to work today and I don't want to do it.
