Colby felt good for 12 hours, but now he is running again from both ends I'm staying home with him tonight since Chris can't get home directly after work. I'm thinking that putting him in the car wouldn't be good and having his brother's watch him wouldn't work either.

Colby's gone to bed. He seems a bit feverish, but this is the first time all day I gave him an ibuprophen so hopefully he'll be able to sleep and will wake up feeling good and rested. Hopefully we will get some sleep too. We'll be camping this weekend and I don't want to travel with a sick kiddo.

I was able to get a lot done around here today so my house is looking a bit better. I also found a campground for the first 2 days of our Maine vacation. I'm happy to have accomplished so much.

This morning the paper says that the umps called the game but the parents were on the field playing catch with the kid that got killed. Stupid.

I wondered if it was going to be something stupid like that. So sad. I've seen people do this time & time again. Eventually, it catches up with someone. It is like playing russian roulette. Eventually, someone is not going to be lucky.

Did you finish the "Hidden Magic WDW" book yet? I am reading the MK part & so far there is nothing new....sounds like anyone of us could have wrote that book (Wish we did, we'd be cashin in)

I am too early to vote so I have to wait til later today.

Heavens no. I'm reading it 'with' the kids so it will take us awhile. I think we are up to Frontierland. I really haven't learned anything new yet, but they certainly have, and they are enjoying it. It's giving them, especially Nicholas since he's old enough to grasp most of it, a new perspective on things.

I went back and fixed my mis-spelling of Kirsten's name. Sorry, everyone!

I just got home from our concert. The kids played well but we had an abysmal audience. We put so much time, effort and money into these concerts that it really is sad to see the kids playing to only about 50 people.
