Are you tired of hearing about it?

It officially ends Wednesday morning, but it could end Monday morning for us if we don't make the top 10 (announced Monday). I made up flyers and we drove around the neighborhood putting them in mailboxes. I did the driving, the kids did the hanging out the window. I guess there's about 80 or so houses in our subdivision.

Get ready for too much cuteness!

Kittens are four weeks old today, and have started to eat kitten food. I am sure momma cat is very greatful for that!

You can see the "runt" at the far left. He is so much smaller than the rest, but is very feisty! Cute little guy!

Too cute, they really make me want to get another cat. I especially like the Calico, she looks similar to my cat Putsie who passed away about 12 years ago. Her sister the runt of the litter Penny lived 19 years.

One of my co-workers was wondering around with pictures of kittens, as he was trying to help his friend get rid of them. His friend had a stray cat show up on their property. So they took it in, they took the cat to the vet to be spayed and sure enough she was about to have kittens. So now they have kittens to get rid of.

I know you all will appreciate what I did on my morning off. I tried on bras... EIGHTEEN of them. I finally did find one style that fits so I bought two of them and will buy more if they continue to feel comfy. Did I mention that bra shopping is right up there with ... hmmmmmm ... can't think of anything I hate worse!

Oh my goodness, how cute A lot of them have the same coloring as their momma! Thank goodness I do not live close to you, kittens just melt my heart & 3 are enough for me lol

I am sure you won't have problems finding them good, loving homes!

I was thinking exactly the same thing. We had a white cat on the farm when we lived there 20 years ago. It was a stray that we fed. She wouldn't let us get close to her. She was albino with the pink eyes and everything. We named her Casper because we thought she was a boy. When she had her kittens (all white as well), we realized our mistake.

Hmm. I guess we'll see.

More than likely I will get dragged in when the house goes to foreclosure and Mom is sitting there, surrounded by piles of junk, wondering how she is going to make it out in less than 24 hours. And how will she hide this dog in an apartment when it still isn't housebroken?

That is basically the scenario we had when she lost the house she had here. Only the dog was one Ms. Selfish brought home and never took care of. Of course by then Ms. Selfish had moved on to not taking care of her child, so the dog was given away and there was a mad dash to get Mom out by the deadline. It was a MESS. When she moved from TX to KS she wasn't packed the day the movers came. She was UNGLUED because they arrived 30 minutes early. Because obviously in 30 minutes she would have completely finished packing the 3 or 4 rooms she hadn't touched. Insane. DH had taken time off to help her, but she was so disorganized (and IRRATIONAL) that he gave up. She wasted the days he had off and ended up doing it by herself after he went back to work.

So maybe this time it will work out. Her track record says otherwise.
