Anyway I should hopefully be back online by Monday. Talk you then from hot North Carolina!

Talk to you all soon.:goodvibes

:wizard: for a smooth move!

Robyn I hope all is well with your father :wizard:

So this HUGE moving truck came down our street. We have a little street so as they drove down they took down the cable lines on the poles!!!!

Thankfully it was not an electrical wire!!!

Looks like they have the kids rooms done already!!! Oh & no cooking for me:rolleyes1 as they have packed up all my cups, plates, & utensils! Oh well!!!

Like Elizabeth says, the kitchen is a dangerous place & we shouldn't go in there! LOL!

I know this really hurts your feelings :lmao:

Tammi hope you are all enjoying yourselves!

Deb sorry about the rain. Tell Colby congratulations :cheer2:

Jen yea for school being out, enjoy your time off :dance3:

Debbie it has turned hot here as well. Yesterday was in the 90"s with the heat index in the 100's. Looks like more of the same today.

Elizabeth hope your eye is doing better today :wizard:

Theresa I hope you hear something positive from the interview :wizard:

Jennifer did you decide if you are going to Disney alone with the girls?

Glynis I hope you are all able to get outside soon :wizard:

I told my mom she had till July 3rd to decide. Either way Me and the girls are going as I can't cancel the rental car. As I bid on it through priceline.

Morning DDA!

Bob and I have been so productive in the last few days! We've ripped down wall paper, patched nail holes, moved our high speed cable line from an upstairs bedroom to the basement and sanded down the walls. Tonight the walls get washed down and we have to pick up some wood fill to fill the holes in the siding and then we'll probably paint this weekend. We ordered the crib and dresser too; that just left LA and is on it's way here. Can't wait! Here's what we ordered:

Hopefully it will go with our bedding choice, even though it's more of a darker brown...Oh well!

love it

Theresa Monster is having an ultimate job fair in July in Denver, as well as at other location across the country.

I hope you are all doing well.

Dad is doing well. But I wanted to kick his butt when I found out he mowed the grass today. It was a ride on mower but he is on lifting and driving restrictions.

We've had light rain most of the day and it was cold. I certainly hope that things change soon. The resort did stick to the planned schedule today. I managed to get through the first day in Ladies shuffleboard. We have more tomorrow. Chris and I ended up in second place for mixed shuffleboard. We got a red ribbon  From there we went to family double dare. There were supposed to be 6 teams, but only 4 showed up. Each round had one family eliminated. The first round had us placing our head on a wiffleball bat and spinning around it 10 times. Then we had to run about 25 yards to a line, turn around and run back to tag the next team member. I was the only person to actually crash to the ground while trying to run. Chris was yelling get up and run to the line, but I couldn't even see the line :rotfl: Somehow I did get up and Chris made up time to get us into 2nd place. The second event we had to make pairs (chris/nick and hunter/me) We had to stand back to back and place a kickball between our backs. Then leaning against each other to hold up the ball we had to run to the line and back, one person forward facing in each direction. We managed to come in first in that one. That left 2 families and of course it pitted us against my brother's family. We had to do a trivia contest. The first part was movie trivia and they had lots of Disney questions, which of course we rocked at. My SIL complained until they stopped asking Disney questions. They had to get out Trivial Pursuit cards to come up with new questions. It didn't matter, we smoked them anyway :woohoo::woohoo: So that added 4 more blue ribbons and 4 t-shirts to our winnings :goodvibes With Colby's win yesterday that meant we all have the winning t-shirts. Later in the day I did the mother/son canoe races with the boys. Colby and I did okay (we didn't come in last place :thumbsup2) and Hunter and I won that division. There were about 10 teams so we did pretty darn well considering Hunter had never been in a canoe. Nick and I were in a separate division and no other teams entered so we won by default. We did race the counselors, but Nick was more interested in using his paddle to drench me with water  Anyway, we added 4 blue ribbons and 4 more t-shirts. We gave those 4 shirts to my brother (just in case they don't win anything and because I knew it would get to him ;)) My brother is very competitive and fully expected to be kicking our butts by now. After canoeing Chris and I entered a Bocce Tourney even though we've never played or even seen the game. Turns out it isn't complicated at all and we've made it to the 4th round. So all in all it was a good day for us competitely. Now if the weather would improve all would be good. We still need 2 more shirts for my parent's, but there is lots of time remaining for that.

Chanon we love the crib and dresser. It is very nice :thumbsup2 Remind me what the bedding you picked out looks like please.

AnneMarie I hope your move goes smoothly and your mini vaca is loads of fun.
