Ann Maire do you know how many Dole Whips you could have with that money?

Just sayin... :rolleyes1
You make an excellent point!

I just got back from my intake appt. with the neuropsych. His office is only 10 minutes from my house. Very easy to get to. I gave him all of the info I had - test scores, report cards, medical history. DS goes next Monday for testing.

I saw the police officer who lives in the next building as I was leaving this morning.
Good luck for DS's testing.:wizard: Hope all quiets down at your apt.

This morning one of my coworkers was struck by a car.
Thats terrible, glad he will be ok.

We still do not know what is going on with Gary. The scope today showed nothing, which is good. The Dr. ordered a lot of different blood work & he has to take more urine samples in. He said he has 10 times more the amount of protein in his urine than he should, so this is still the Dr's concern. He said that he might have to refer with another specialist to get his opinions. So we wait a while longer, this is getting to be so frustrating :sad2:

:wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:

I hope they are able to find what is wrong & treat it quickly.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEIDI

I didn't know it was your birthday yesterday either.!!!! Hope it was a nice day for you.....

Here's a link to Lu in her new glasses. It took us 45 minutes at the office to get them on her and adjusted. The longest we've had them on is about 30 minutes. Her glasses were supposed to be purple but they are on backorder for 2 months, so little yellow duckies it is!

Janet- Lots of :wizard:for you and Gary. I sure hope they can get a diagnosis for you.

Elizabeth- Hope the appt went well and that next week brings you all some answers.:wizard:

Marci- Sorry the PT is so horrible, but just remember the outcome will be so worth it!

Anne Marie- Hmm, Dole Whips or MNSSHP? Hard decision!! Sorry about the drama with your mom.

Deb- :wizard:for you co-worker.

I know I've read more, but it's been a long couple of days. We managed to get Em's system flushed out in time for dinner last night. Took us much longer than I anticipated. But hopefully, we'll not have to repeat this and we can figure out the cause once we get the blood work back.

Em and Eric attended the viewing last night for the school custodian. He was only 58 and had worked at the school for 32 years. Very sad and he will be greatly missed. The kids really liked him and he was very good with them.

Then this afternoon I found out that Allyson's (the 2nd grader I watch after school) grandmother died this morning. She found out about a month ago that she had breast cancer that had spread to multiple places. She had surgery the Saturday before Easter and the dr. was confident that she would recover. She died from a heart attack. Her memorial service is this Sunday. Gail is good friend's with Allyson's aunt so her and I will go to the service together.

Janet I am sorry they are still not sure about Gary.

Logging off extra early tonight, we were up very early both Sat. and Sun.

I'm sorry about all the deaths

Lu looks cute. I hope that she is willing to keep them on and that she can see better

I'm moving to the 5 AM shift tomorrow morning. I'm not looking forward to getting up at 4 AM every day. Hopefully I will adjust just as I have to getting up at 6 AM. I know it is best for my family so I'll have to make it work somehow. I have a feeling at a nap will be in order tomorrow. I'm working tomorrow night too.

I got the sweatshirts that I ordered. The are very nice quality and the boys love them. I gave one to my Mom as an early Mother's Day present as she goes to all the boys games too. Chris loves the coach shirt that I had made and I found a nice pair of golf short to go with it. He actually looks professional.

Chuck's mom was transferred to the hospital in Wausau. She still has a fast heartbeat. They are doing more tests. She may need a pacemaker. I hope that this is the end of all her health issues when they get it resolved.

So I have already started celebrating Cinco De Mayo;) :rolleyes1

Tomorrow we have a work meeting/celebration for surviving two years as a merged council. I just hope I survive tomorrow.:upsidedow

I hope you are all doing well.

I am finally home! Is there anything I need to know? I don't think I can go back and catch up this time.

here is the email that I just got:

District 64 has been informed by the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) that a confirmed case of H1N1 “swine” flu has been identified in a student at Washington School. On the specific advice from CCDPH, the school will remain open.

This is not my school...but it is our district. About 2 miles away. I am surprised in a way that they are staying open.

I'm so sorry you still have no answers.

Heidi - sorry I missed your birthday, I hope it was wonderful.

Robyn - Lucy is such a cutie, the glasses really show off her big blue eyes. Sorry for your loss

Marci - Good to see you, I hope your PT continues to go well even though it's tough.

Elin - Welcome home!

Deb - Welcome to my world, I'm awake befor 4 am most days, I slept until 7:30 Saturday! Now if I had to work at night also I don't think I would make it.
