I like that idea.

I really do appreciate everyone's prayers, good thoughts and s. This is quite a quandry that I've gotten myself into, and he is only being hateful, vindictive and nasty, simply because he can. I'm trying to be the better person about it, but it's really hard sometimes. Yes, he is the one that walked out, for no good reason, other than he wasn't happy. But he still thinks that things are OWED to him. Maybe so, but take what I can give you and go away!!!!!

So I bought a canned ham yesterday...I haven't made a canned ham in 20 years....anyway, I had trouble with the little metal key so I asked Christopher to help me. He proceeds to break the metal tab. Now I can't get the damn ham out of the can...I tried: a knife, a scissors, a pliers, a screw driver, a can opener, a mini crow bar....swearing and prayer. It was awful. 30 minutes later I finally got the ham out. I completely nicked open my left hand. So it may not be swine flu that kills me...but a canned ham!!!

It had better be delicious!

he seems oddly calm....he has an infection in his finger...so that is keeping him occupied. I offered to stab it...but he wouldn't take me up on my generous offer!

Tell him to soak the finger in hot water and vinegar. That was what the dr. recommended for my father, and it worked very quickly. Unfortunately, I don't know the dilution. My father can share wonderful, descriptive stories of the pus coming out, but I'll just leave it at that.

I am sorry to hear about your ham trouble. I always told my mother that ham was evil, and now I have proof.

Emma and I are off to Baltimore. She has her GI appointment this morning at 8:30. Need to leave here around 7:20 to make sure we get there and can find parking. So not fun. Hopefully, the dr. will have some advice that will be helpful and get her feeling a bit better.

A very granola friend of mine is convinced this is all a government conspiracy....her emails are very interesting

Does that mean that schools are closed? Apparently that will happen here as soon as the first case is reported.

Hello It was even slower today then it has been. We did completely change the pool swim direction so instead of 25 yards it is now 25 meters. That meant changing the lane lines, flags and starting blocks. It was quite entertaining watching people try to figure out how to go about doing it I must say that the day went by much quicker than usual I decided to pick the kids up at school so that I could follow up with Colby's teacher. It seems that Colby tried harder today and she is now aware of the little girl that has been picking on him (apparently that was some of the perceived chatting). Colby now has strategies for how to handle the situation. Hopefully positive reinforcement from us and daily reminders before school will help him do better.

I sure hope that doesn't happen here. We can't afford to lose any school time right now. We need to leave the Monday following graduation. That is, unless Laura's team doesn't make it to Nationals. Then I guess it doesn't matter if they need to make up a couple of days after graduation. I'm sure that they won't move Regents or graduation.

We are close enough to NYC and have a lot of college students at BU from there, that I expect there will be a case or two in the area. Hopefully, it will be very limited.

Tammi if I remember correctly you purchased the photobook from Disney Photopass. How did you like it?

Emma's diagnosis for the time being is that she is constipated and backed up. She has to have a slew of bloodwork done to rule out things like~ celiac's, thyroid issues, diabetes, allergies, etc. This weekend we are to clean her system out. So she will be taking huge doses of Miralax and on a clear liquid diet. We then need to continue the Miralax once a day until our followup. I need to make sure she gets at least 14-15g of fiber a day and drinks a minimum of 50 oz of clear liquids a day.

Wish me luck this weekend...it's gonna be interesting around here.

Yes, I did. It's nice. The same quality as the Kodak, Snapfish, and MyPublisher books. I got it because I preordered the cd + photobook offer and got it for CHEAP. I wouldn't pay regular price for it, as I can get the same quality elsewhere at a cheaper price, but without all the Disney graphics.

It's a trip for 4 to DL for 2 nights and then WDW for 3 nights. It has to be taken June 21-26, 2009, and the winners won't be selected until around May 12th. Matthew and Laura have Regents and local finals that week, so I guess it's best if I don't win it.

My kids have had to use Miralax in the past. It used to be prescription only, but it does work well and you can't taste it. If it works as it should it should be gentle and gradual, your weekend shouldn't be so bad

okay so how many pages did you get I see if I preorder the CD and book it is 149 is that what you paid?
