So Lizzy's best friend is going on a cruise with her parents-she is an only child. One day they have a port of call at Cape Canaveral. They can get off the boat at 8am, then they are taking a shuttle to Avis, renting a car and driving to WDW for the day-they have to be back on the boat at 8pm. They have free park hopping tickets from a friend who works at ESPN.
I suggested they go to Epcot because it is school vacation week for the Northeast so it will be busy. AK has AM EMH and MK has PM EMH and DHS has Fantasmic! I also think Epcot is an easier park to find stuff to do while waiting for fast pass times then MK.
They have told Lizzy's friend that this is her ONE chance to see WDW so now she wants to go to MK because she wants to do rides and she thinks Epcot looks too educational. I did tell Lizzy to tell her how fun Epcot can be.
Do you think I'm wrong to think they'd be able to see more/get more rides in at Epcot?
The Mom thinks they should go to DHS to do RnR & ToT then hop to Epcot. They probably won't get in a park til almost 11am. I just don't see this as good strategy.
I want to tell the kid to just go to Epcot and I'll take her WDW for a "REAL" trip some other time. But I don't want to make a promise I can't keep either.
