Elizabeth-I am sorry that Diva has you in a lather. She is old for a sophmore though. Cassidy, a junior, is not going to be 17 for 1 and 1/2 months. Plus, teenagers think I am old. She does have typical teenager entitledness...even Cassidy and her friends go through bouts of this affliction...and they are some of the best kids around. Cassidy wants to spend a lot of money, mine, to get her boyfriend a birthday present....because other girls do it. I will pay for a book that he was salivating over last weekend when we took him with us to Borders.

that is a little much....I will say that I ordered the corsage and bout. for Cassidy and Josh. Mainly because I wanted to make sure Cassidy had a corsage

We are trying to figure out if my friend can do her hair for her. I will, if I have a job, surprising her with a manicure and pedi. Otherwise, I will do it myself.

I have also offered my gift card to TGIFridays if that is where they go.

I'm still not feeling 100%. I have a few good hours in the middle of the day but still feel lousy in the mornings and at night.


I did some more sewing for our trip this weekend but haven't taken any photos of the stuff yet. I'm determined NOT to be running around crazy at the last minute this time! I really can't as Lizzy & Emma have a mother/daughter girl scout thing the night before my trip. They usually do a tea but this year we're going to the circus. I'm sure the girls will have a blast. My friend Dorinda offered to drive Joe & I to the airport the next day as I'm sure the girls won't be up for being out of the house at 6:30am. Dorinda is a great friend for doing that on a Saturday!!!!



Janet-when is Garrett's birthday? I'll be at WDW around 1/20 to 1/27 for Emma's birthday 1/21.

Elizabeth you are needed on a thread over on the CB, a woman is trying to potty train her almost 3 year old, and when it doesn't work she is SPANKING HER!

And she has been doing it for a year now! A year with multiple accidents a day! I read it earlier today, but I haven't been back. And there is no way I'm responding to that one.

I have loved all the photos from everyone! I'm sorry that I haven't been commenting individually, but it is crazy around here right now. On top of the normal stuff, we are preparing to host a giant synchro meet in May and the head coach just informed us he is leaving as of June 1. Plus there is tons of drama between the other coaches that I really don't want to get into right now. You may remember some of the problems that Laura had with one of the coaches last year. Basically, she can't play nicely with anyone, and we have to figure out who is going to be the new head coach and how to get everyone to work together.

Matthew received his class rank and overall GPA the other day. He is 4 out of a class of about 345, and his overall GPA (freshman-first half of senior year) is 97.995 with all honors and AP classes.

Nooooooo--i have tomorrow off so ill be awake and bored now!

Well im still sick so i decided to take a sick day tomorrow and go to the dr..i just cant shake this and i think i need somethign a bit stronger than Over the counter meds...I hate taking another day off after my 2 personal days, but its got to be done..plus, its only my 2nd sick day when most teachers are on their 5th...can you tell im trying to make myself feel less guilty?!

My brother leaves tomrorow so im sure ill be helping him get packed and ready tonight...

I hope you can get some meds. This virus or whatever it is has turned into something or a huge monster for many of us.

Today is Diva's birthday. So on her Facebook page one of her friends was assuring her that she is not old. EXCUSE ME? Since when is 17 old? Diva is the most immature, ungrateful child I have ever seen. She thinks she is entitled to anything and everything, she doesn't have a job, she doesn't make outstanding grades. For the most part she sits around and WHINES, and waits to have things handed to her. Because she, you know, EXISTS. That means she is entitled.
And now she is whining because she is OLD? What kind of ludicrous, asinine statement is THAT? She is a sophomore in high school. She hasn't DONE anything with her life yet. What an idiot.

Where is Stephanie? I need someone to help me slap Diva.

Wow, how can she possibly be a sophmore at 17? She must have stayed back. Heck I started college at 17. My boys are all oldest in their classes and they will only be 18 when they graduate.

Disney Wonder Getting New Home at Port of Los Angeles ​

I hope that the Disney Wonder has a hawaiian itenerary for 2012. That would make the perfect transportation to Hawaii. It's probably wishful thinking, but changing ports is a start

Nothing scandalous, sorry. I uploaded my pictures to a generic page and when I posted the link there were a ton of various pictures. I had to go back and weed through them to make sure there wasn't anything I didn't want out there.

I'm going to ask for some prayers and pixie dust, I found out this evening that my dad will be having a heart cath Wednesday. He has already undergone a triple bypass, (or it may have been a quad), and more recently they had to put in a pace maker, which is runninf his heart at least 90% of the time.

I feel very strongly that the news won't be good, but let's pray that I am wrong.
