I swear I've read along but my brain is on overload. Lots of things on the schedule and lots of other stuff going on so thinking has become something I have chosen not to do. and to all.

I am down another 2.2lbs. I really hope that I can get another 5-10lbs off by the end of April, that would put me down 40lbs from when I started. I am about 3lbs from being under 190, a number I haven't seen since right after I had Emma. Of course, then it was a fleeting thing.

Free dining question. If I go Oct. 2-5, I am planning on NOT staying on points. Maybe at a mod. Anyway, free dining expires on the 3rd. If I check in on the 2nd will my free dining extend to the fifth? Will it be worth it for me to buy a one day ticket to get free dining for 3 nights? And to get the deluxe dining, do I simply pay the difference OOP?

ETA: Or would it be better to book with an AP discount? I'm thinking this would be better.

I honestly think that last year the free dining ended on a specific date and if you were staying past that date it did not extend. I need to look that up too so I know the answer.

If you want to have DxDP you pay the difference OOP, yes.

It's another icky, snowy day here! YUCK! Timothy and I have nowhere to go, so we are staying in jammies again, and snuggling! Maybe another trashy movie is in order. Hmmmm.

We started Timothy on rice cereal last night. He was so cute sitting in his high chair and having "dinner" with the family. He did quite well, actually. He never spat any out, but did seem to have a hard time knowing what to do with his tongue. He ate all that I mixed up and kept it all down. The best part was that he slept from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.!!!! I nursed him at 4:30, and he's still asleep (it's 8:00 here). Maybe he just needed the extra fiber to keep him full and happy!

Tammi - I am reading on the DDP Board that people are booking from October 3 and out as far as 14 days.

ETA:

The basic dining code is working now. I called first at 9:00 and was told there was a glitch but to call back later. I called again at 9:20 and it was working!!!

Just got Labor Day weekend, Sept. 3-6, 4 nights, POP and also Oct. 2-12, 10 nights, ASMovies. Whoo-hoo!

And to answer for those who've asked, yes, I confirmed, as long as you check in by Oct. 3rd (the last day of the promo) you get free dining for the length of your stay.

Last year the dates were absolute - but it sounds like this year it covers your whole stay?

I am headed back to the doctors with Lu. She is still tugging on her ear and hasn't been sleeping well. If she still has the ear infection we are at one month.

Poor Lu! I hope the Dr. has something USEFUL to say this time!

This has probably been answered but yes if you check in during free dining you get it the whole stay. As we did this. we checked in on the Sat before it stopped and had free dining our entire trip.

We wouldn't stay on points this year anyway so we would do POR with the dining plan. I'd probably end up upgrading the tickets to APs at some point, but I really need to crunch some numbers. When we went in Feb & June I wanted to do this. I DID NOT look at the Feb pictures....and it still did not work.

My summer dates are 8/8-8/22 & my fall trip is 10/28-11/2. Would I be able to use the same photopass account & get both trips on one CD order? I am not sure when the 1st trips pictures would expire. Anyone know?
