love this so scrap lifting

I asked mom this morning, and she said that her cancer doctor didn't call, so she said that means there was nothing on the ultrasound.

That seems to be good news, Heidi! :thumbsup2

Bernadette,
Thanks for the reviews & suggestions. I'd like to stay under $200, something slim (like me :lmao: ) & that takes good night shots as my other camera could not take night parade or fireworks pictures.

I had opened the camera & the lens popped out like it supposed to, then it fell on the floor & when it fell the lens was crooked so it could not go back into the body of the camera. The screen says "lens error, restart" but no matter what I did it just won't go back in or set to take a picture. It was about $100 & I got it 2 years ago so it would be nice to have a new one anyway. Thanks again.
Well....you can't get great night time shots in a slim camera for under $200. If I were you I would try BJ's or Target for the Sony W120. It listed for about $200 and is on clearance now that they have come out with a new line but it is still a great camera-especially for the $100 price. I used mine at a boy scout event for Joe and didn't get great photos of him up on stage with me in the back of the room but I wouldn't get great photos under those conditions with any compact camera.

I have some good news for a change. Nick's MP3 player that went through the wash is working again :cool1: It had no life at all, but we let it dry out and then I plugged it in to charge it and it came back to life. Nick is pretty happy about that.
 That is great!

Sophie just reminded me today is the...

It doesn't feel like spring here but I am SO ready for it!

So last night was Fabulous!!!! Our seats were great, much better than the 2 or 3 times I actually paid for tickets.

Dana and I had very little expectations going in, but the feeling was just like it was all those years ago. Well, maybe, a bit different because the whole tone of their act now is very sexual. I get that and think it's hilarious. Dana was a bit put off by it. They still are gorgeous.  And it makes no difference that Jon is gay, I still love him.  They put on a spectacular show and I screamed and danced like I did when I was 15. It felt great to get caught up in the hype.
Sounds like a fun night.

My guys are still home. They both had a rough night with coughing and Hunter started with the no warning runs at some point during the night :sad2: I am hoping that they just crap all the stuff out of their system. This has lasted way too long and I'm sick of all the sick. Chris went back to work and while he is not 100% he said that at least he has some energy today. I myself just have the cold and cough, but it sounds worse today too, nothing that would lay me up, but I sure wouldn't want my waitress sounding like I do. Tomorrow is a new day...Tomorrow is a new day...
:wizard: Hope they are feeling better soon! You know Joe is the one of my 3 that had the runs and he got over this the quickest so I think there is something to be said for just getting it out of your system. All 3 of mine went to school. I haven't heard from DH that any got called home but I don't think he would have called me on that.

:woohoo: Great news! But...if were her I would be calling. I would want to hear from the doctor that nothing was wrong.

(Just ignore the frumpy clothes, none of us are feeling too hot today so we all grabbed whatever under-clothing/PJ type stuff seemed comfy :) )

It's a bit chillier here than it has been, but still in the mid-50's and sunny - I'll take it. Let's hope Spring brings all the DDA households some illness-free weeks! ::yes::
TOO CUTE!!!! I think those flowers look best in simple clothes!

So here are my plans for my May trip with Joe. I have seen some 2009 Flower Fest photos and despite my fears of the Cinderella theme it looks AWESOME!!!! Joe is going to love it!!! Good thing I bought more camera memory-I have 26GB for my Nikon and at least 18GB for the Sony.

Sat 5/2 flight lands at MCO at 12:40. I don't think we'll go to a park this day-just relax in CL and check out resort. I'll pack the swim suits in our carryon. We have a 5:55pm ADR at Boma with Terry & Halley.

Sun Sunrise Safari. Not sure where we'll go after AK-I'm thinking Epcot as Terry & Halley will probably want to see the Flower Fest (unless they go there Saturday before we arrive). MK is open for PM EMH which I've always had good luck with so maybe Joe & I will head there if he's up to it-but Joe is NOT a night owl and we would have been up early for the safari. Maybe he'd be up for Illuminations if we are at Epcot.

Monday-I'm thinking be at MK for opening as it shouldn't be too busy because of the EMH the night before. Monorail over to Epcot for a 2:00pm lunch at Chef de France. I would like to see Remy. I've read he's only scheduled to be there til September so this is our chance to see him. I think Joe would really get a kick out of it. Then we can go back to the hotel for a swim and hopefully catch Spectro/Wishes at MK that night.

Tuesday-AM EMH at Epcot. Joe wants to do Mexico CS for lunch. Dinner ADR at 6:30 at Sanna. I thought we could have a light appetizer and me a glass of wine in the CL before we walk over to Kadani. I thought it would be nice to check the place out.

Wednesday-my birthday- 8:05 ADR at CP, 5:30 ADR at California Grill. Joe wants to hit PM EMH at AK but I don't know how feasible that is as AK closes at 5pm so EMH is only until 8pm.

Thurday-MGM day. 4:00 Fantasmic dinner pkg at Mama Melrose.

Friday-last full day-where ever Joe wants to go-5:35 ADR at Narcoossee's.

Saturday-ME bus at about 2:45. We usually go to MK on our last day.

So the above is 2 extra TS credits. I think I'll pay OOP for California Grill.

I have to get sewing this weekend!!!

Great pictures Jennifer!

Bernadette your plans sound wonderful :thumbsup2

Has any one done know anything about Video cameras? Jeff is wanting to get a smaller one and I know he has read reviews but I thought I would ask you all if you had any prefrences.

No clue. I did see Sam's had one on clearance when I was in there on Tuesday.

See that is me too, I would want to hear the doctor say nothing is wrong. But this doctor only calls if there is something wrong.

:woohoo: Great news! But...if were her I would be calling. I would want to hear from the doctor that nothing was wrong.

Nick is home from school with missing workk for both his brothers. I'll have them start it tomorrow since they really aren't up to it today. Colby overall seems much more lively today, if he could stay off the potty I think he's on the mend. Hunter is still just hanging out on the couch and he is feeling really weak. We had a nap this afternoon and their coughs were noticably quiter :cool1: The sun is even shining so maybe everything looks better in the warm sunlight:hippie:

So where is everyone? I need some adult interaction. Sitting at home all day is pretty darn boring.

I tried to do my taxes earlier but turbo tax site was experiencing tech. difficulities

I just saw on the DVC forum that the points are now out for 2010.:cool1: now to just figure out how many days and which resort

I guess I could figure out our points for our 2010 trip now. That would give me something to do.

We never eat out or get take out, but after the week we've had I went to Pizza Hut and got a pizza and pasta. It was delicious, so not on my diet, but it was nice not to have to cook.
