I've managed to watch the Dennis the Menice Christmas movie while I picked up the living room. I even...gasp...dusted the entertainment center Now I can go fold the load of whites and sort through all those socks. I hate washing the whites just because of the socks. Thankfully the house is looking better. Only 4 more hours until I have to go to work.

My curtains are in the wash & the living room & dining room are as clean as I am going to get them.

I did find out that the priority mail tape works even better than lint rollers

The floors need to be mopped, but that will wait till tomorrow night so they are nice & shiney Christmas morning

My calendar for mil arrived in the mail today, it turned out pretty good! Now I just need one more package to arrive.

DH is home from work and he is complaining that he is hungry. We really need to go to the store. But I don't want to go out in the cold. It is also kind of wet and drippy out.

Back to work... I've done most of the cleaning I do in a week so far this morning (2 Bathrooms, dusting downstairs (still have to do upstairs), kitchen, windows, etc). All I have left is dusting upstairs, all the vacuuming and our bathroom (boo!), but right now I'm in the middle of cleaning up the basement since I know we'll be spending a lot of time there this weekend.

It sounds like a productive day around the DDA! (Do we have any choice, really. with less than 2 days until Christmas? )

I swore I'd make it a priority to fit in a pedicure if I got the house done today.... I think that must be my motivation!

We are having Christmas Eve & the girls birthday party for the family tomorrow. I'd like to get as much prepared today as possible so I can just pop the turkey & the ham in the oven & everything else will just have to be heated.

For sweet potatoes...do you just put marshmallows on top or does it need spices or something else? Can you cook them a day ahead ? Thanks!

The socks are sorted and the boys cleaned their rooms (well not Colby, but the older 2). Of course my hampers are over flowing again I told them both that the next time the horde laundry in their rooms they will be washing it themselves

Hi all...Well I am back from the surgeon, minus 2 teeth. The infection was in both of them. He put a drain in to rid the infection. Please pray that it works. He said I'll know by Christmas. If it doesn't then I'll need to have surgery to put a drain in through my chin/jaw. I don't want that at all!!! I had no warning other than the pain on Sunday but I really thought it was my sinuses.

So for now, I am hunkered down in Eric's room. Away from all the noise and 3 girls who will not leave their mommy alone.

The pain meds are slowly helping ease the pain and I plan on trying to nap while I can. Thanks everyone.
