I am taking Button to the vet again this morning. Last month when she had her annual checkup her blood work was WEIRD. Triglycerides for a dog ought to run no higher than about 291 (give or take a little) but hers were off the chart at 1257. She eats a healthy, low-fat dog food with only Milk Bones as treats so that was a major surprise to all of us. Her electrolytes were skewed and there was protein in her urine too. Her Addison's Disease may have something to do with the readings but, we needed to find out if there was something way out of whack going on.

The vet did a consult with an internist who suggested we reduce her daily meds and do a fasting workup a week later. Button is really at me this morning because I followed her around outside with a ladle to catch a urine sample and then refused to give her a treat or her breakfast when we came back in.

It is a shame they just don't understand we really want to help!!!

I've never rented a car, but I think you lock in the rate when you book. I am almost certain.

and if you can get a better rate you can do that too.

I got 2 phone calls today. The first was from the school nurse saying that Nicholas was sick. He had an upset tummy, but not throwing up, clammy and "green" looking. I got there, and he seems fine. A little more lethargic than normal, but okay. So now we are home and he is watching Star Wars #2. The second call I got was from a very helpful young lady, Michelle, from photopass. Come to find out my book was canceled because I uploaded a Redneck photo of our Dinosaur ride photo. I.E. - I took a photo of the photo and uploaded it into my book. Apparently that is a no-no. . So she is reactivating my photopass pictures and my pre-order code. Then I can simply replace the photo and reorder the book. Simple enough, thank goodness!

I am sorry about Nicholas but very glad that your PhotoPass order is back on!

The castle photo is new and the F&W photo is from our trip in September/October. I want to re-size them again. I followed their guidelines but they are too large for my taste.

Elin did you make any requests for your room when you stayed at POFQ. I know its a pretty compact resort. We were pretty close to the main building on our Honeymoon.

No I didn't, Jennifer. As you say, it is a very small resort. We were on the third floor in Building 6 and everything was still very close. We liked the location just fine. In fact, the girls said they would be happy to stay there again next year. I may not unpack the huge suitcase that has the trees and wreath in it!

I don't know, I haven't been told yet. I was suspecting Riverside DT, but he said we would have to leave here around 5:15, and that doesn't start seating until 6. So I'm drawing a blank.

I was at Target the other night and saw what appeared to be various Mardi Gras decorations in their dollar spot. If you need anymore, you might want to check it out.

Ok, parts of this show are funny, but some of this stuff is mean. It's funny at the end, when they find out they've been punked. But in the meantime, I feel bad for what some of the 'marks' are going through.

The last time we were at POFQ we were in building #3 too. But on the first floor facing in toward the Food Court. We loved that location too!
