Everything but 4 things on the tree are Disney. 3 are items that John made when he was little and the other is a small Lenox bear ornament that an aunt gave me.

Love it, your Muppet babies look very familiar, I think my oldest DD had those when she was little.

Hi everyone! Just a quick post before I head to bed - it's late here and I just wanted to check in and say I made it in ok. It's cold. I think that sums it up quite nicely - if you want to call it "nicely".

Chuck & I are so jealous. We so badly wanted to join you guys this year. We are both happy to hear your stories but are sad at the same time.

This is how I feel anytime ANYONE talks about WDW! March can't come quickly enough, then never again will we do a year or more without, as we said we would!

Yes, I did! I actually have two of the large ones. They were gifts from students so are (very appropriately) piano oriented. I love that they have menus for a neat drink on the bottom of the stem too! Thanks again, Jennifer. I just love it.

Still lots of work to be done, but he is getting there!

Here is my new sink area, Gary made the piece between the the two cabinets above the sink(still need to put the scroll work on it). The sink is still raised till he finishes the tile work on the counters.

Gary custom made the hood vent that will be over the stove, I just love this! The picture really does not do it justice. He stuccoed the top part, it looks really nice.

Dishwasher, cabinets, & floor:

I love the way the lights in the ceiling look at night when dimmed.

Custom wine rack he is working on(we do not really drink wine, he just wants it for the look). Need to buy a lot of wine lol

Oh my goodness! He does gorgeous work!!! I absolutely love the tile work, and the hood is a work of art!

Garrett has been up since 3am throwing up, guess I will be keeping him home today.

It is raining & in the 40's right now, but it will get colder as the day goes on. It will probably look like a skating rink outside later. Have I said how much I hate ice!

Well, I guess Timothy is going to be a normal baby after all. He was up, wanting to eat every hour during the night, and now he is wide awake. Not fussy, just not sleeping. So, he and I are up. Luckily for me, his Christmas present arrived yesterday; a swing! So, Alan put it together last night, and now he's enjoying it. It's both a cradle swing and a front to back swing. He seems to really like the cradle swing. Very soothing. I'm enjoying not having to hold him to keep him calm. I'm glad we decided not to wait until Christmas to put it together. We told the kids he gets this present early, because he doesn't understand about presents, yet. Didn't stop the other kids from wanting to open a present!

I ordered our Christmas cards last night and will pick them up this afternoon. Now, I just have to get stamps and find time to sit down and address them. Hopefully, I can get them out in batches this week.

Garrett has been up since 3am throwing up, guess I will be keeping him home today.

Janet -- Gary does amazing work! You can tell it's a labor of love and he's really putting a lot of time in to it.

I'm sorry Garrett is sick. I hope he feels better and no one else gets it.

Jen -- I'm sorry your brother hurt his ankle. I hope it's better today as well.

The staff day yesterday went okay. I think we got a lot accomplished. The party last night was fun. We always play the game where you can steal presents. I ended up with two Crate and Barrel mugs, with a tin of hot chocolate and a bag of marshmellows. Jake was excited.

Today is the last staff day, and Andrew has basketball practice tonight. I'm going to try to run a couple of errands after work, including taking our broken x-box to Best Buy to see if they can fix it.

We had thunderstorms early this morning and lost power for a bit. Of course, that meant I had to stumble through the dark to find my watch so I could re-set the alarm clock when the power came back on. I hope I get a second wind soon... Have a good day everyone.

I was just reading about it on Pinpics. I wish I would have known about that before. The couple completers that we got we were lucky in that we were able to trade for them. But I can't find that dang Cruella or the Pirate Donald.

I can't remember which duck DS was missing, but he bought ONE mystery pack and it was in there.
I am kind of burned out on pins, but we'll see how I feel closer to the trip. I don't think I will be loading up on traders this time, but maybe I will thin the ranks of my existing collection and trade them for something I like better.
