I love the pics of the kids we've seen -- very cute! Tammi -- I agree with Alyssa -- we did need to see all the different faces!

Beautiful weather here this week, but a little warm. It will be warming up to the mid 80s for at least part of the week.

Randy and I had a great time for our anniversay. We checked in to a hip boutique hotel, (probably looking like geeks) and while we were checking in LeAnn Rimes walked by with her husband, then Cheech and Chong came in. There may have been others, but those were the only ones I recognized. We had hoped to sleep in, but there was nearby construction WORKING EARLY ON SUNDAY MORNING. We still had a great time.

And Theresa, I am very proud of you for following your head and heart with such a tough decision. I can't imagine how tough this is on you, and I truly admire your strenght and tenacity. Please know I am praying for you and the girls. If there is anything I can do, let me know.

I agree with Denise! It's a tough decision, but I know how hard things have been lately. You are in my prayers!

I'm doing ok. It's just really odd not to be able to pick up the phone and call my mom anytime I want to. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but I'm not sure I want to. Does that make any sense at all? She went downhill so quickly, though, that I can honestly say that I wouldn't want her back like that! It was so difficult to watch!

I was hoping someone here watched as well, because i had the same feeling.i was expecting more of a shock or something at the end!

I think part of the problem was they kept running the same commercial from before the season started all through the season and even this week. Then they were talking about the big loss of Amanda and all of the season's changes, but it made it sound like there was another comparative one. I think the show would have been fine if there hadn't been such hyped up commercials.

Marci - Yay for a nice anniversary! When I worked at Town East mall Leann Rimes' mom used to come in and shop for her all the time. Of course back then I didn't know she was going to be really famous! I don't think I ever actually met her, just her mom.

Hate to run and post, but we have to leave for dance in 10 minutes and neither of us are dressed. After that, we're going to another homeschool family's house as they're giving us a play kitchen and a big box of Lincoln Logs.

I saw a glimpse of a pink and brown one this morning - and I'm glad I waited to comment on it. I was having a really hard time reading the white words on the pink background. I like this red/black one much better.

I've done that several times this past week. It's tough, but I think I'm getting used to just talking out loud. I know she's hearing me, and I can feel her near, so that's a comfort!

Whew! Just got the kids off to school, and Alan out the door for work. Now for my fun filled morning. I get to go to the grocery store, Costco, and do some more shopping for the ornament exchange. I'm hoping to get them off in the mail by the end of this week. That's the plan. It may change, but keep your fingers crossed for me!

I also need to pick up a couple more Christmas presents for the kids, and then I'll be mostly done! Alan has given me no clue what he wants/needs so he may have to be in charge of his own presents.

I'm feeling a bit more in control of the Christmas holiday this year. I've got most of the big stuff, and I just need to wrap them, and divide stocking stuffers. Now to work on deep cleaning the house before people start dropping in after the baby is born.
