This weekend is the 17th annual Downtown Retail Merchants' Open House. The first Open House was the very first thing I did when I started to work at Yamaha. I cannot believe it has been that long!

Our downtown is starting to look like the holidays even though most of the trees still have their leaves on them. It is supposed to be mostly sunny and 60 so it should be a gorgeous day for our festivities!

I still have a bit of a nagging ache in the head, but I think my Tylenol Sinus ought to take care of it. I hope so, anyway! Singing with a headache is not fun!

I haven't seen the real forecast for today so I didn't know it was supposed to be windy. Well, let it get all the blowing out of the way before Sunday! Music does not stay well on a stand in the wind...

It is already raining & is suppose to be like this all day with the temps gradually dropping. I fear our warm weather is gone till next year. I have the day off & other than a few errands I plan on not doing much(told ya Deb lol).

I am going to try a new recipe in the crockpot with pork chops(well new to me). It just calls for the chops, stuffing mix, & cream of whatever soup. I hope it turns out good!

Good luck to all that are wanting to get in on the Dlsney Deal that will come out today. From what I have read it might be a stay for 4, get 3 free!

We had spaghetti last night for dinner. Tonight is shake and bake pork chops, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.

Well I was up at 5:30am anyway so I have been checking Mousesavers..no deal yet. I am so curious even though I do not think we can go before August.

I have managed to keep the house spotless the last few weeks for anyone coming to look at it. Well today that run has stopped! I just do not have the energy for it...there is clean wash in baskets, beds not made, books, school papers, & clutter everywhere. No showings today!
