So in an effort to have better pictures, not so many blurry ones and hopefully some decent night shots I went camera shopping yesterday. I ended up buying a Canon S5, it was the display and since it was discontined I got a pretty good deal on it.

Here are my efforts to play with the zoom:

Hey strangers. Been lurking lately and hope all is well with y'all. Have some exciting news however. Mya got a call last week from Make A Wish and they will be coming TOMORROW to talk to her about her wish.

Right now it's to have Hannah Montanah introduce her to all the Princess at DisneyWorld, but I think we might remove the Hannah part and settle for a some personal time with Ariel. We will see what she say's tomorrow.

Chuck just called. His mom basically had a heart attack but it was very mild. She was a heavy smoker until about 15 years ago so her lungs aren't the best either. They have her on blood thinners so she doesn't get a clot. She is staying in one more night so they can keep an eye on her. For the most part, she is fine.

That's good news. I'm glad that is was nothing more serious. Are you still heading that way?

Right now it's to have Hannah Montanah introduce her to all the Princess at DisneyWorld, but I think we might remove the Hannah part and settle for a some personal time with Ariel. We will see what she say's tomorrow.

That is so exciting. I'm sure Make a Wish will do a spectacular job with whatever you decide. How is Mya doing since her surgery? And how is the little guy?

The boys had bowling this morning. Nick got a 4 bagger (4 strikes in a row) and both Hunter and Colby got 2 baggers All in all it was a happy morning. Chris and I left bowling for a bit and got our traveller's checks for the trip. Can you believe a week from now we'll be sitting by the pool at OKW

I came home and emptied the camper, even managing to put most everything away as I did it. Tomorrow I need to go out and scrub the fridge and counters then vacuum and mop. Chris can then winterize and that project will be put to bed.

We will be leaving for work in about 45 minutes. Chris agreed to wash dishes tonight so we are both going in. At least we have tomorrow off

DS got his FluMist, then we went to Target. He got hit in the face by some other band kid earlier this week so his glasses were bent AGAIN. Got those fixed. Bought a gift card for the kid with the theoretical sleepover. Bought groceries. Chicken wasn't on sale (and theirs is tough, so I won't pay full price for it), no pork chops, no half & half, no Country Crock mashed potatoes. I wonder if it is because it's Saturday? I ususally do my big grocery buying on Sunday. Anyway, we did manage to buy SOME stuff.

Still no e-mail with details for tonight.

Hi there, Mac!! I think it would be perfect for the four of you (and all 8 of your bare feet ) to get to see Ariel, and any other princesses up close and personal. Don't forget to come on back and let us know what happens?

Aidan looks so big! How are the cochlear implants working out? And how about the job front for you? I often think about you, especially when I am teaching my student with implants.

I haven't unpacked yet. Haven't even gone into the garage and brought in my dirty laundry suitcase. Just came on to say hi and I hope to get a trip/food report up soon.

We had a great time. Never made it to Hollywood Studios. Almost didn't make it to MK!!!!! It rained everyday for at least 20 minutes. On our Illuiminations night it rained for hours. We still had a great time.

One day, no parks at all. It was all we could do to make it to our ADRs.

But we recharged. And are eagerly awaiting our next trip.

Kristine - Sorry about the family drama, my famiily isn't very close, so therefor no drama. DH's on the other hand, it's constant, and yes I always feel like his family thinks that I'm the reason there son doesn't like to come around, they don't know that I am often the one pushing him to do the right thing.

Well, still no word on the birthday sleepover. DS is chomping at the bit to call them, but I told him he has to wait awhile longer. I will say time is getting short, so whatever these people plan to do, it better happen soon!
