We're supposed to have an entire day without rain tomorrow :cool1: :cool1: Of course that means sealing the deck, but still...NO RAIN :worship: :worship: There may be a few more days next week with no rain. I'm not sure we'll know what to do with ourselves.

I hope the rain stays away, Deb. We could use it here.

Time for me to go to bed too. Good night, everyone!

I forgot to mention.......Monday night when we got back to the BC Bob went to turn on the shower.......no water. No water from any faucets. I called the front desk and after 20 minutes and speaking to 4 different people, I found out that there was a water main break or something somewhere. Evidently it had been off for quite some time and was fairly widespread. They were giving people a percentage of their night's rate back, but since I was staying on points I got a $100 room credit. Then the water came back on 5 minutes later! :rotfl: That helped to pay for the tips that are no longer included in the DDP.

That's awesome, especially since it didn't inconvenience your group too long! :thumbsup2

Theresa said it was OK to talk about the Olympics. So we have been!

:thumbsup2 Mainly because I know to stay away....though I did see Deb's woohoo WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY before the race televised here. Good golly that is a long delay!!

Deb-enjoy your non-raining time!!:thumbsup2

We officially got less than 3 inches of rain since Thursday evening...I say they are full hooey!!

Morning DDA!!Church and grocery shopping are on the agenda today. Abi asked when we were next going to Costco last night. I told her today, she said good!! Why?? you ask (I did too)....she has suffered the last week with no string cheese:rotfl:

I've got an odd question....when do feet normally stop growing?? We tried to find Abi shoes last night and the poor girl has inherited my odd shaped feet and they are at least a 9 but more than likely a 9 and 1/2:eek: She's 12!!! and I know she hasn't stopped growing:confused: I don't remember when my feet stopped growing. :confused3

I'd say after you are done having babies.;) Pregnancy made my feet a half size bigger.

Good news! Part of my waitlist for December came through. So my entire ressie is on points, but my dad still has 3 nights cash. I hope his comes through as well.

I was probably 12 or 13 when mine stopped growing. I still lived downstate when we went shopping for shoes and we were looking for a size 8 EE which is what I still am. It was even worse back then to find large, wide shoes. My sister wears a size 9 in men's (don't remember what that is in a women's). I remember her size in men's because she has the same size shoe as Chuck. I'm pretty sure that she wore his size when he & I first got together and she was 13 at that time.

I really have to start training for the 1/2. I'm down to 7 months. I can still do it with the training programs that I plan on using. However, I don't have much more wriggle room. I've already lost two months since I signed up. The plan is to start the C25K today. I need my DDA buddies to help keep me going on this. This is something I really want to do.

My favorite cousin and her daughter are going to be here today for a few days. I'm busy cleaning and organizing the house. She is the one that I do my scrapbook week-end with in the fall. She was like a big sister to me growing up. We lived a couple hours apart but used to spend many week-ends in my parents hometown which is also her hometown.

She is the one that helped with our pond when we first put it in. She did most of the landscaping around it. I'm hoping she can help me move some of the plants now that we have moved the pond to a better location. All the plants are still in the old spot so it looks pretty bad. The pond looks great though. I'm so glad we moved it (even if it was just before we went to Disney).

I was starting to think that maybe Chuck and I were Disney'd out. We just weren't really talking about our trip in March and usually by now we would be seeing if we could afford a trip this fall. The Mickey Monitor came yesterday (for Annual Passholders) and it got us excited about our March trip. We are planning our meals. Chuck even asked if we were going this fall. I don't think we can swing it with the current airline flights but we'll see.
