I was gone too, but I can say that not a lot happened since I only had one page to catch up on!

Jen's tonsillectomy has been painful and Mo is still recovering from her surgery too.

The Olympics start tonight and everyone is planning to watch, I think.

I know I missed something vital but someone will jump on the bandwagon and tell us what it was!

I love the one on one time. Katie sounds like Abi at the end of the school year. I am so afraid of getting her clothes...the clothes I bought 2 months ago are starting to be too short for her already

No, he's not in China, thank heaven! He was supposed to go, but really didn't want to. The Olympics are no fun for the photographers or reporters. They don't really get to attend any events, as they have to chase the stories down, then they have to write, and edit, not to mention they have to stay up for about 22 hours per day to get their pieces done "live." It's not a fun gig! If he could have gone and just watched, he would have, but he told his boss that since he had seniority, he'd just as soon stay home.

Jennifer (blueeyes) - had her tonsils out and is having a hard time recovering.

Jennifer (bear) - has a yeast infection which is making nursing icky, but medication is clearing it up.

Jennifer (tink) - is still dealing with sick twins, but hopefully they're on the upswing.

Becky - finished her shirts, and is getting excited for her trip out West.

Elizabeth - keeps updating her TR.

Robyn's Molly - had surgery yesterday and is home and recovering nicely.

Elin - returned from her training and is a little more excited for the new program.

Anyone else have anything to fill in with? I know I've missed people.

hi guys-
Just thought i would update you. I just spent a few hours in the emergency room. I was having a tough time last night and this mornign so i rested. When i finally woke up , around 1030 or 11ish, i went downstairs to get more ice. I came out of the bathroom and passed out, landing face first on he ceremic tile floor. I cut my chin and was knocked out about 20-30 seconds. My brother got me sitting up and i came to. We called the ambulance to come and get me and headed to the hospital.
So i have 7 stitches in my chin, a bunch of little cuts all over my lips, got a ct scan and im sore...again

My surgeon found out (we called theo ffice) and he left office hours to come check on me. He was going to stitch me up but they were alraedy started on it.

So now im home and resting somewhat comfortably...;so there is the update...

OMG girl. You really need to take it easy. Let your family wait on you. I know that you have been looking forward to your family arriving, but they need to stay with you rather than you trying to do lots of stuff. Your health is way too important

After 5 days and 3 trips to Best Buy I think I finally have the electronics properly connected in our bedroom. Having a 26 inch computer screen is pretty hard to get used to Of course that TV is also attached to the PS3 and the digital cable so it is truly mutli purpose now

My brother purchased a garage shelter for us to store our abundant supply of wood under. We need to level out an area next to Chris' shop and assemble that at some point. It has a metal frame with tarp type roof and walls. That should help keep the wood dry and make it easier to access over the winter. Tomorrow we will go cut and split more wood and I have to be at work at 3:45. Hopefully we will get less rain tomorrow I've stopped hoping for no rain and now am just hoping for less.
