Becky - I hope you can get the boot adjusted! You have so many things to get sorted out before you leave on your trip!

Janet - Tell the boys to wear whatever shorts are in the designated section!

I can adjust it myself. I just can not seem to find the happy medium of how it should be worn. I wear the smallest shoe size for this size boot, the smaller size probably would have been to short. Since my foot is narrow if I leave it looser my foot does not stay on the bottom when I crutch it, if I make it tighter it seems to mark my foot. I have to find the in between that my foot stays in place but not so tight that it marks.

I hope you get a good Southwest fare soon! I ordinarily wouldn't even look for airfare this early, but JUST before they released my dates on their schedule, Airtran had every day leading up to it (about 2 days before, was the cut-off) on a great sale. I could have had the same flight we always take, round trip, about $120pp nonstop both ways. Then the sale ended, and the schedule opened up a week later, to include my dates.

Nope. Doesn't look like it in the fine print. Maybe they'll do it from other markets now...

That's how the weather was the last time I went in January (which was a while ago...). I ended up splurging on a $55 sweatshirt because I was so cold! I'll pack properly this time! (Should we be talking about packing for December yet? I can never remember the "Elizabeth packing start date." )
