I would sit her down and explain that she will start losing things everytime there is a tantrum. Stand there and scream, no phone, stomp up the stairs, no computer, etc. Keep taking stuff away until all that is left is a bed, a clock, and a desk in her room. No computer, no tv time, nothing. Let her live like that for a couple weeks.
