DD7 homework....

So my DD has homework as usual. (2nd grade, 7 yrs old)
Every Monday she has to write sentences using certain spelling words. Usually she whines about needing help...etc etc...Tonight she did it all on her own.
One of the words was "wipe". And yes, this was her sentence.

"I wipe my butt after I go potey."

I'm so glad I double check her homework!! Her brother
(11) was crying he was laughing so hard!
Yes, I told her she had to come up with a different sentence. (mean mommy!!)

My daughter had the word "life" as a spelling word, for her sentences she wrote "get a life and stop giving us so much homework!" I had her shorten it to just "Get a life" LOL...

Hey, not only does she spell it correctly but she comprehends it too!
