My daughter is doing her senior project on Walt Disney World. We need books that have anything about the following topics. All we have are guide books. She has enough internet site info but has to have a certain amount of info from books. We would appreciate any help that you can give.
We will be checking our local library tomorrow..but thought someone might have read or borrowed a particular book that we could try to find.

I have the book that is sent to you on the Vacation Club...what does she need to know?

There is a guide book about Handicap and other special needs. I don't remember the name of it. I think it is one of the Passporter books. Larger libraries should have a copy. I think it is in the book stores.

The first edition of it was called "Passporter's Walt Disney World for Your Special Needs" by Deb Wills and Debra Martin Koma. It was published in 2005. I have an extra copy I could send if you can't find it at the library and want it.

The updated version of the same book is called "Passporter's Open Mouse" and is by the same authors.

The books have the philosophy that anyone who travels to WDW might have a special need - which could be due to a disability, special diet, travel with children, foreign travelers who need language info.

Why don't you contact the DVC and see if they will send you any info? I would also do the same to Disney. Why not get the info from the source if at all possible?
