Kendall found out that she lettered in Choir yesterday! She was so happy. To top it off, her small ensemble got a 2+ at contest and her girls choir got a 1+. What a nice way to leave the school. I think I will surprise her and buy her a letter jacket. I know that she is changing schools, but this will be something that she can wear as a rememberance. Love that kid!
wow! thats awesome. at our school they jip us. the band and choir get letters but the color guard does not and neither do the gadets(dancing squad) and cheerleaders. well parents threw a fit about gadets and cheering and they get letters but color guard still does not. i used to be in guard for almost three years and got no credit for it. i went to a month of band camp (ya i know make all the crack ups you can 
) in 90-98 degree weather with only two breaks for lunch and dinner and two 5 minute water breaks. we preacticed just as much as football or any other sport does and nothing. thats part ( a small part) of why i quit. well congrats to your daughter!!! sorry i got off topic!
