DD & I made a difficult decision

After reading and checking the updates for magic kingdom refurb, DD(9) sat down with me and we had a grown up conversation (where have the years gone) .

Anyway we decided that for DS first WDW visit we wanted the the whole experience, so we have cancelled this holiday to WDW and Chloe had many suggestions instead (Aruba, Jamaica, dominician republic, Mexico, st lucia)

After a long search, we are off to dominician republic Oct.

But looking forward to WDW when completed. And currently wondering what to do with my DVC points

Hope you have a wonderful time in the Dominican, it is very easy to rent points here on the Boards, there are lots of threads you can read up on.

We have booked to go back in 2012 and i hope at least some of the work will be complete, all the blurb seems to say is 2012 - 2013. We have some complete newbies with us on this trip and i am worried that it will be spoilt with all the work going on there seems so many areas that are being done at once. Keep hoping that there will be reports soon that certain bits will be completed by August 2012. Fingers crossed.
