DD got a kid sent to time-out over Disney World!!

DD2.5 came home from daycare yesterday spouting the most unusual story. Apparently Patrick had to go to time out. Why? For saying "No" repeatedly. Over what?

Finally fused the stories together (remember, she's only 2.5):

Apparently, DD's been telling her school friends she's going to "Didney Whirl" in "Septembuh." (Hey, we live in Kentucky. You can cut our accents with a knife.) Patrick kept telling her she wasn't going to "Didney Whirl" and they argued and Bella ended up crying. Patrick finally got sent to time-out for telling DD no.

And, yes, we are going in "Septembuh." She asked me if we really were going when she got home last night.

Always loved Southern cooking, Country music, and Southern accents. Funny thing, I just discovered a while back that my birthmother was from a Southern state. Should of known I was a Southern gal.

Been searching for her (Shirley Atkins) and will continue too. Would of loved to be able to hear that sweet little voice saying Didney Whirl. She is such a little doll. Hope you all have a great time at Didney Whirl. Wish we where going now but we have a while before our trip comes up. Have a blast and take plenty of pictures to share.
