DD 13th B-day looking for "Special" dinner

There are 12 of us 6 kids & 6 adults age range 6-13 who will be in Disney week of 11/17---any suggestions for someplace "special" to go to dinner w/her??

We've done Coral reef & Brown Derby.

Was thinking about Alfredo's a Epcot--not sure if menu is kid friendly enough.

Chef Mickey's is fun.

How about Boma for the buffet and then they can go and look for the animals afterwards with the night vision goggles - the kids found that fun when we went in February

I loved the Liberty Tree tavern..Its a more like a family gathering meal....We had a great meal there last thanksgiving.

heck, it won't be cheap, but once you hit 8 people, as long as you're staying on site, i'd be all over a grand gathering event..

Isn't Alfredo's closing?

We let my dd choose which Epcot restaurant for her 16th bday and she picked Chefs de France. We started the morning with a Segway Tour, then the birthday lunch. It was great, the waitstaff were very nice and made her feel special. Another benefit: as the mother I celebrated with a glass of champagne!

We did the dessert party at Illuminations and it is something my kids will never forget. :
Oh and if I am not mistaken Alfredos is closing the end of August so that may not be an option.
