DCR......a few questions please!!

Hello,

We are off to DCR on 18th dec and can't wait. Only we have a few questions......

1. Are towels and bed linen provided?
2. What cooking facilites are there?
3. Is there some form of heating?
4. Breakfast included?! How does this work?
5. Swimming pool........tell all please
6. Anything else?

1. Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes same as in all the other hotels

2. What cooking facilites are there?

A small stove and I think an oven but hopefully someone who has been more recent will tell you better

3. Is there some form of heating?

Yes there were heaters and it was nice and snug and warm even in December
4. Breakfast included?! How does this work?

There are small hut where you collect your breakfast package in the mornings. Have a look at the hotel sticky for pics and info about this. I had heard they were stopping this though.

5. Swimming pool........tell all please

A really nice pool - again there are pics in the hotel sticky
6. Anything else?

You get a small washing up pack which I think you collect from the gift shop. the shop is quite big and sells food items as well as all the usual stuff but is expensive

Hello we went in September

There are towels and bed linen spare clean bedding and towels are in a wooden bow out side in seal bags bring them in the night before and hang them over the radiator cold towel is a bit of a shock after a lovely warm shower lol!

We had a hob with 4 rings no oven but a microwave kettle also

Yes there is heating in the bedrooms and sitting area and towel radiators in bathroom /en suite

Breakfast is collected from a small hut at the entrance of the grouP of lodges you are in! Croissant and brioche each with a good handful of chocolate spread jam butter a French stick carton of orange and milk hot chocolate tea and coffee.

Pool is lovely we spent a lovely morning here the pool is large with a tube slide a paddling pool and 2 hot tubs

If you are traveling with children check out the park and animal farm we had a really great afternoon there! There was also zorbing when we were there (the giant balls you get in and walk around inside them)
