DCP TERMINATION QUESTION.

Can you get terminated after failing your assessment for the attraction you have been assigned?
Is it possible to transfer to a different job or location?

I know in my role (vacation planning), people who fail their assessment are given re-training, and if they still don't succeed, they're re-cast to another role. We had a CP this happened to back in June. She's now quite happy in merchandise.

I don't know if this process is true in all roles, though.

I failed my assessment in QSFB and they sent me back to training

generally you'll get re-casted, i am pretty sure we had an icp sent somewhere else after failing/safety critical issues

I had two CP's be re-casted from lifeguarding at Pop Century to my location which was outdoor foods at Epcot.

I know someone who had to re-take the assessment at my location 4 times, and someone else who was moved from a different location to QSFB because they couldn't pass the assessment for their attraction. Unless you fail for a HUGE safety issue or something else severe, you'll either be given a chance to re-train or moved.
