Does anyone know the difference between the concierge and hospitality roles? They seem like almost the same thing to me. Do either of them have you work at club level in the resorts?

Hospitality is almost exclusively checking in and out and answering questions. Concierge involves selling tickets and dining reservations. You might work club level if your resort has it and allows CPs to work it.

I am applying for Spring 2014 too. Very excited and nervous. It will be my first time applying. Using all the Pixie Dust on this one. Faith and trust too!

as far as I know they are opening the beginning of September!
I'm also northeast-ish, boo cold! yay Florida!

I could not agree more. Just vacationed in Florida, can't wait to (hopefully) go back and live there for a while!

Just be very, very careful what roles you express any level of interest in. Even if you express low interest, you can end up in that role, and you may be miserable. My son is down doing custodial right now, has had one street shift and loved it...gave directions, took pictures, did pin trading. Other than that he has had, and is scheduled for, only restroom shifts. 6-6.5 hours a day, by himself, in a restroom. Yes, he knew that was part of the job. However, it has turned out to be the only thing he and the other CPs in his area are being scheduled for.

I'm at work & literally burst into tears when my phone showed me they were up. I can't explain how much I want this, but I'm sure most of you understand.
