DCP Phone interview applicants

My daughter just applied for the DCP. Right away she got a WBI, and then right after got an email to set up a phone interview. I was just curious as to how many people receive a phone interview? Do a lot of people get phone interviews? Also, does anyone have any tips for her interview? Thanks in advanced!!!

My daughter applied to the DCP for Fall 2015 and she had her phone interview yesterday! I don't know how many people get the phone interviews, but I would have you and your daughter search youtube for Disney College Program Phone Interview. A lot of kids have posted videos with tips and the kind of questions they were asked. It was helpful to my daughter. Pixie Dust to your daughter!

I don't know any exact numbers, but some people don't get past the initial application, many are cut after the WBI, and then the rest have a phone interview. The phone interview is where the recruiters really get to hear how your daughter would be as a cast member. My suggestions as a DCP alum to your daughter would be to just be herself, SMILE, be honest, and remember why she wants to do the program.
