DCL without kids

We did a 3 night without our kids and loved it. We had been on the ship before, so that helped us acclimate quickly. If it's your first time I would suggest a 4 night. We did art of animation (learn to and draw a character), art of theme show tour, making of the dream, afternoon in rainforest room, time in quiet cove pool and deck, dinner at palo 1 night, time at serenity bay at castaway cay. We had plenty of adult only time since there are lots of adult only spaces and activities. But we love Disney and enjoyed the Disney vibe: music, characters, shows, and kids having the time of their life. You'll love it and there is lot's to do! Do check out the navigators ahead of time, so you can have a loose plan to make the most of your time.

Seven DCL cruises 3 with children and grandchildren 4 without. We like it either way!

My DH and I were a little apprehensive about taking a Disney Cruise but after reading the positive information, I am now getting excited. We leave on the Disney Magic for a 4 night cruise in the Bahamas in a few weeks. Our 21 year old son and his gf were suppose to go with us but unfortunately something came up so it will be just me and DH.

My son hates cruise ships. If he is going to Florida, he wants to go to WDW. So when we go to WDW, we take him. When we cruise, we don't. We love it!
