DCL Website trick

IDK if I cracked the code or if I am just to dumb to figure out how to navigate the DLC website. I log onto the DCL website with my username and password and then try to pull up my reservation. The website prompts me for a reservation number and my birthdate. Always frustrates me to have to go find the confirmation number of the reservation.

But I have found a backdoor! I f you go to Castaway Club and then click "View your cruises" and it will list all your previous and currently booked DCL cruises....including the reservation ID number for your current cruise! So then you can copy that reservation number and access that reservation.

I always go that route too, but as some other threads have mentioned, sometimes the CC site is REALLY slow. I mean, "get-up-and-use-the-restroom-and-make-yourself-a-snack-then-check-back" slow. Patience is definitely a must!

Yeah, I don't understand the double security. Once you log into your account, you'd think you'd be able to access any and all of your reservations without a reservation numer and birthdate check.
I do it all the time. I just hit Castaway Club on the main screen, then enter my email and password, then select my cruises, and then pick the cruise i want. I never enter my birthdate or reservation number

its brutal! this morning it kept shutting me out. error code kept popping up. :(

On the Castaway Club page the reservation number for your next cruise is actually a hyperlink that takes you directly to the cruise reservation page. No need for entering your birthday.

So perhaps I shouldn't state this cause people may not have known it and then i'm showing the open loop hole. logging into the DCL page just records who views/makes any changes to the reservation. Anyone can amend any reservation as long as they have the reservation # and birth date of someone in that room. I use this all the time because I book multiple rooms & am the key person to manage the reservations. Now, if someone were the then call Disney & complain about a change made, by logging in, you can see who made what change when.

Exactly, which I find most convenient despite the fact that I could celebrate another birthday during the time it takes for the next screen to load! LOL
