I called last week, and the woman I spoke to said I was the 1st she has heard from about this issue. They were having other complaints about the upgrade, but not this specific issue. So I thought it was just me. She put in a trouble ticket to IT for me, because I NEED to access my reservation.
I called back today and I spoke to a man this time and he said it is a huge problem, that many, many people are having the same issue and it is being worked on as a top priority.
I am just so frustrated. 53 days till we cruise, I have a VGT room, I am impatiently waiting for an assignment and I can't access anything.
