DCL website down?

I've finally talked my parents into going on a Disney Cruise with us in November. I'm at their house right now to show them how to use disneycruise.com and get them excited. I can't get them logged in, and I can't even log in myself.

Is anyone else having problems with their website?

New cruises are released tomorrow for the upper tiers so I am guessing they are working on the site. Keep checking, meanwhile look through DU site Lots of info there

Well, I've been trying to log into the website for over a day now. I did manage to have them reset my password via email. But neither the old nor the new password will log me onto the site.

Thankfully, the Dis isn't so complicated.

I guess I'll have to call the 800 number tomorrow.
