DCL website down or just my computer?

I was on DCL website & it was working until I tried to make a payment. An alert popped up that said
"Sorry, we're not able to complete your request at this time. Please try again later"

Well, I don't have a current reservation to try paying anything on, but I'm able to get on the site and navigate around it (looking up info and stuff).

Thanks for checking. I can log in & see my reservation as well as navigate around it too. Just can't make a payment.
I will call DCL.
 
I called DCL & no explanation as to why it wasn't working, but they happily & quickly took my payment over the phone.
When I just checked online, the payment has been applied.
 

I had the exact same issue for one of my bookings (we have three staterooms). With one of the rooms, it simply would not accept a credit card payment. I had to call in to make the payment.

Maybe it has something to do with having more than one stateroom as we have two connecting, linked together.
