DCL transportation question???

i called DCL to book transportation from Old Key West Resort to Port Canaveral. Was first told that there was no transportation from Old Key West...we would have to take a cab to another resort to catch the bus, since Disney transportaion will not allow luggage on board. She said I could call the resort and ask if they could provide transportaion for us. I called OKW and the connected me to DCL again, and that person told me that the bus picks up at OKW on sailing days at 12:00...so no problem....Does anyone know if that is true????? Don't know what to believe at this point......... Thanks for any info in advance

DCL does pick up from all of the DVC resorts.

A few years ago, there was no transportation from Old Key West. At that time, the bellman would take you and your luggage in his van to French Quarter to catch the bus.

I've heard that there is now DCL service from OKW....but haven't personally used it.
