Sorry...I also wanted to add one more thing...but someone actually came over to my desk and wanted me to do some work *gasp* lol!
I wanted to add that to my knowledge all tolls, charges etc are included in the towncar cost. I imagine there is an expectation that you tip the driver - just like you would a cab or airport limo at home - but other than that I think everything is included.
