Am I the only one....we cruise in about 20 days. Yesterday, when I went to look at my plans on a web browser, all my onboard activities were missing. When I checked the app, there were some of them. If I refresh the app or the browser, I will see something different. The same thing goes for the rest of my families who's plans I can see on my app. Has anyone seen this before? I called Disney and I was just told that they didnt know what was going on, but they will open an IT ticket. The same thing is happening to my wife when she looks.
 
Happened to me this morning. Palo brunch res was gone. I restarted the app and it was back. Then took screenshots of everything I’ve booked, so at least I have those.
 
I have had intermittent issues accessing the reservation, and even when I get in some of our bookings aren't showing. I called and the CM said she wasn't aware of widespread issues and sent me to the website resolution team. They ended up putting in an IT ticket for all four of our linked reservations. Annoying...she had me clear cookies and browser data, and I said that isn't it because I used multiple computers, multiple browsers, Incognito/InPrivate modes, and the app also wasn't working -- and all four of us had problems getting the reservations to load. She said it isn't a widespread problem, "but it is happening to more people than we would like".
 

I seemed to get the same response from Disney when I called them. She was able to confirm over the phone that she saw everything that I expected. Checking tonight, things seem to be stable.
