Mine was -Magic was about alcohol package and I THINK some about money, more like "do you want something included or would you like it better if it was separated from the fare and you paid on board"
I hope you responded for all of us with a resounding yes to all.....Mine was -
Was the cruise fare too expensive
Was the internet too expensive
Were drinks too expensive
Were excursions too expensive
Was adult dining too expensive
Was the spa too expensive
Was the photo package too expensive
Just went on and on about money. Had one question about itineraries. Had one about the drink package. Had one about adult only cruises. The rest were focused solely on money.
I did!! And told them again in great detail why I am not a fan of the Treasure. Used all 500 characters allotted.I hope you responded for all of us with a resounding yes to all.....
guest.communications@disneycruise.com in case you need to give more info. I was even called to discuss the recent side by side experience after I emailed. (I dont actually anticipate changes but who knows)I did!! And told them again in great detail why I am not a fan of the Treasure. Used all 500 characters allotted.
Why are you not a fan? I'm not trying to argue but generally curious because the Wish class is starting to grow on me.I did!! And told them again in great detail why I am not a fan of the Treasure. Used all 500 characters allotted.
I'd be open to an alcohol package on Disney but I'll be shocked if it ever happens.Interesting, I did a survey after my Treasure cruise in March and all the questions were about whether I wanted to buy an alcohol package.
The shadeless adult only sundeck and having no walking track. My two main gripes. Why are you not a fan? I'm not trying to argue but generally curious because the Wish class is starting to grow on me.

I wish I had taken pics of the questions. I have had the good value survey many times. This one was different. Questions about the cost of things keeping you from booking them - including a future cruise. How was it phrased? Was it phrased like did you feel like to was a good value? Because ppl answer that very differently to 'was it too expensive?' People might feel the cost was very high but the value was there due to how much they enjoyed it. The value questions have been on every survey so I was curious if they changed the wording
I would try again, however it does slightly damage your point that you really hate the ship if you've already sailed on her twice in less than a year. You can maybe title it room for improvements, but you should've at least gotten some sort of form email back- either one that says thank you for your feedback or one that says where you are looking into it and will be in contact within 21 days.I sent an email after my first Treasure cruise in May. Never heard back.
