DCL site question

on 3/12, we booked the 9/15/01 4-day magic (wonder in drydock), using points.
our ressie # is still showing as invalid at the DCL site (i did confirm with both DVC & DCL that it does exist & we're booked).
anyone else have this problem?
also, does anyone know how long it takes to get the castawy club info? we sailed 8/00, but never re'd the packet. MS said they would look into it, but it's been almost 2 months.

That is most likely not showing on the website because you have technically booked with a "travel agent". Member Services acts as the agent booking your cruise for you in turn, directly with DCL. If you were to call DCL direct, they would probably have you call MS to obtain any info that you might be looking for. Hope this helps!

The same thing happened to me but in my case I HAD been able to look up the reservation. One day I decided to check the reservation and I couldn't get in. I called MS who seemed a little confused. Apparently I should never have been able to access the reservation.

I was told by MS that the only way to can look up a reservation at the DCL site was to book direct with DCL.

thanks for the responses!
we had booked our 8/00 cruise using points also, & that ressie had shown up at the DCL site within a few days, so this year's *disappearing ressie* did have me wondering! (admittedly, i enjoy checking my cabin # on an *almost* daily basis - nahhhhhh, i'm not addicted! )
now if i can just figure out what is going on with the *disappearing* castaway club..............
