Have you really? I was just wondering if it was ok to do that with my own children? I was going to be part of a group and it just got too big. I want to just do it myself for my own kids but thought maybe that would be frowned upon? I would have zero expectation of getting anything from anyone else.

Who would know? The fun might be in not telling the kids, though. If you like, you could put together a few gifts to pixie dust others that the kids could deliver, if they're into that. Otherwise, no one has to know you're your own group. BUT... make sure your "deliveries" aren't going to be left out too long (since you have that option of planning) to ensure nothing is stolen.
