I know dcl brought in some new rules

Have the brought in that if you have placeholder cruise you can only change the cruise once?

No. My TA assures me you can move as many times as you like

Yep that's what I was told. Just moved mine yesterday but probably moving at least once more

You can move the date as often as you like, as long as you embark on the cruise within 24 months of booking the placeholder. it is worth remembering that you will pay the prevailing rate each time you change, though, no locking in of opening day rates.
