DCL Refund via Gift Card

We ended up getting a better rate so DCL had to cancel and rebook us at the lower rate. We are due a refund but was curious how long they normally take?

The cruise was paid for with gift cards. Refund is about $850.

We've cancelled Disney Resorts before and the gift cards were refunded the next day. But it's been a week and still no refund.

We used the same two gift cards for our trips so I'm positive that it would go to these two gift cards.
