DCL refund policy question

This is probably a stupid question (won't be the first one i've asked )

I would like to make a partial payment on our July 2019 cruise. If we end up cancelling before final payment day, is everything i've paid up to that point refundable? Both the deposit and any additional payments?

Yes. In a regular stateroom, anything paid can/will be refunded if canceled prior to PIF. Concierge deposits are non-refundable at any point, though it can be moved to another date prior to PIF.
