DCL pricing for the 3rd and 4th person?

So for cabins that hold 4 people, does DCL have a general percentage rate that they charge for the 3rd and 4th person in regards to the cost of the first two? For example if the first two are a total of $2400, would the 3rd and 4th come to 65 or 75% of that 2400?

Also, would they apply the same logic to the IGT, VGT rates?

Hope I am making a little bit of sense.

I believe that children are rated differently, but if you're talking about adults or older teens, I'm pretty sure it's roughly half price of the 1st & 2nd person. I have no idea about the special rate rules.

It's not a percentage per se. The 3rd/4th charges do not vary nearly as much as the 1st/2nd person charges, between room classes and even between sailings. I've seen sailings that had fairly large differences between, say, interior and verandah that had exactly the same price for 3rd/4th/5th guest in all non-concierge staterooms. Other sailings might have $2000 difference for 1st/2nd, but only $50 difference for the 3rd/4th between 11C and 4A.

Children under 12 pay a percentage discount off the "adult" 3rd/4th, and children 2 or under pay an even smaller percentage.

The 3rd and 4th persons in a room do pay less. How much can vary depending on the age of those 3rd and 4th persons. If they are adults (13+) then they are charged a percentage of the regular adult fare (not sure, but think it's 50%). If they are ages 3-12 they are charged a child's fare (don't know the actual number on that). If they are under 3 they are charged 50% of the child's fare. Each person is charged separately.

It's definitely not a percentage. For example:

Alaska Cruise on the Wonder, Aug 10, 2015:

3 adults:
11B stateroom: First 2 are $2086 each, 3rd is $980 (47%)
9B stateroom: First 2 are $2688 each, 3rd is $980 (36%)
9A stateroom: First 2 are $3563 each, 3rd is $1050 (29%)
4B stateroom: First 2 are $4760 each, 3rd is $1190 (25%)

2 adults, 1 child (13-17) the pricing is identical to 3 adults - the child is charged as an adult

2 adults, 1 child (3-12), the 3rd guest price goes to:

11B: $910
9B: $910
9A: $980
4B: $1120

Surprisingly, the child price isn't a percentage of the adult price, it's a flat $70 off. I guess kids eat about $10 less food a day.

2 adults, 1 child (0-2), the 3rd guest price goes to:

11B: $525
9B: $525
9A: $580
4B: $630

Again, doesn't seem to be a percent off exactly, though it's around 53%-55% of the adult price.

You'll have to check each cruise you're looking at as they all seem to vary. As said before, often the prices for 3&4th are the same on a sailing regardless of which category of room. So the percentage difference for a cat 4 is much greater than for an 11. Sometimes though, anything above inside is about $50 more for 3rd and 4th than the 3rd and 4th for the insides. And yes, different prices for adults (13+), child, infant (<3) 3rd & 4th passengers. Just play around on the disney site to get an idea of pricing.
